I've been brainstorming about the most healthy and rapid way to support you all in creating a healthier relationship with food and your body. 

And I had a thought this morning that made it clear to me. If you want to do ONE thing that will allow you to start tuning into your body and feelings and breathing through them so that you don't want to turn to food, do this starting NOW. 

Eat as slowly as you possibly can. Every single meal. Every single day. Make it almost comical you are eating so slowly. This one action will allow you to really presence yourself and stay connected to your physical appetites. 

So that is your invitation. Start now and everything will gradually start shifting to move you beyond the compulsion forever. You can do this...You have everything it takes...an open heart an open mind and a commitment that is always growing.
