The Two Most Important Days Of Your Life

Notes from Lily:  When I asked myself the question "Why am I here?" and "What is my life's purpose,"  it took me out of my regular loop of 60,000 thoughts and introduced a new concept...a new idea that allows me to experience more joy every day. 

The reason I think I'm here is to evolve into the highest version of myself...not only for my personal joy, but because I honestly believe it makes the world a better place. Knowing my purpose allows me to trust that every experience, if I learn from it, is moving me towards my ultimate goal..being the strongest, wisest, most loving person I can be. 

So ask yourself the question, Why am I here?  Perhaps your answer is the same as mine... 

No matter what your purpose is...the fastest way to achieve it is to control your thoughts...to direct them away from the counterproductive ones and towards the one that make you feel better.  It is the answer to almost all of your challenges.  So today...watch your thoughts with renewed attention and allow your gratitude practice to buoy your spirits when your thoughts are getting you down. 

Up your ante on cherry picking only the best thoughts...you deserve to be happy and this is the only route that creates lasting change.
